How to start a business in Minnesota
The State of Minnesota offers a free "Entrepeneur's Guide" for those wishing to start a business in Minnesota. It is available here. In general, business entities must file their paperwork with the Minnesota Secretary of State, however, Minnesota has created an excellent online filing system which can be accessed here.
